maii leg still hurt frm mon netball trainin.e coach ask us 2 skip so mani times leh. both legs-500 times + left leg-500 times +right leg-500 times. so we hab 2 skip for 1500 times lehh. sobx..torture 2 miie..sorta regret joinin netball..haha. no choice liao..join le means join le..didnt finish all e skippin oni finish both leg de n mayb half or e miz leg oni.lolx.we use e medcine ball 2 traiin..sec 1s use 3kg de sec2 us 4kg de..haiix..dunoe how 2 traiin on frii le..
